No "Currency Exchange" option at any vendor

Hello together,

unfortunately i have the problem that, even though i reached endgame, i cannot use the "currency exchange".
The option does not appear at any vendor.

The screenshot shows Alvas dialog options.
I have already verified my games files and cleared the PoE2-cache folder.
Any helpful advice would be apreciated.
