Ancient Vows bug

Hi, i have beat boss in Titan Ghroto and got the relic then TP back to town to sell items before proceding to enter it in the Altar when i came back Relic(seal or what is it) was not in my inventory, now i just dont have it, i tried killing the boss again but the quest item didnt drop so now im stuck
