+# to level of skills bugged

Im on console, poe2 I currently have a wand and a staff with + to skills. When i equip either item, My skills gem level on those skills do not increase. Ive lost a some damage to my build Can this bugged be fixed? Last bumped on Jan 2, 2025, 5:05:30 PM
