Game crashing during loading screen of Aggorat

Hello,

I have been experiencing Path of Exile 2 without any bugs nor inconvenience so far from the beginning of EA until I reached Act3. There, when I click to enter the Aggorat zone, the game closes without loading the zone.

At first I thought it was my character that was corrupted so I created another one, went through Act1 without issues, same goes for Act2, arriving Act3, reached Aggorat zone and while in the loading screen game crashes again.

Now both of my characters are trapped in this loading screen, restarting the game loads me into the loading screen (that leads to game closing). Same goes for rebooting my computer.

My hardware setup is the following:
- Intel i5-14600KF
- NVidia RTX4070Super 16GB
- 32 GB DDR5 RAM
- I am running the game through the Steam client

I tried the following without any success:
- Run the game through Vulkan
- Remove Core 0 and Core 1 from affinities
- Set maximum CPU power to 99%
- Remove all 24H2 related qualities update

As anyone experienced the same problem and might have find a solution?

I had the exact same issue today.

I'm stuck at the loading screen.

When I restart, my character is still stuck in that loop, so I can't do anything to get out of it.

Help !
