I'm quitting because I can't get support
I've written it many times. I don't want an automated message. 12 days. I was waiting for an official to check for the refund of the purchase I bought from the store. I have been patient, but there is no way back. that's why I'm quitting the game. it can't be that much. the game is nice, but even from the forum, if the authorities do not notify and are not interested, I can't see a future in this.

" GGG support uses a queue system for resolving and responding to inquiries. Every time you email them you reset your position in queue to the back of the line, and support has been heavily backed up since PoE 2 launch. Furthermore, refunds are probably decided by a separate committee, but I don't know for sure. If you've used any part of the MTX, then you're unlikely to get a refund in any case. |

i didn't want to cancel the pay. I asked for the cancellation of the products I bought incorrectly. poe 1 is also valid. and I had just started the game. if I had known there was such a mistake, I would not have asked for a cancellation.
