Unexpected disconnection occurred

For the past 12 hours or so, I've been getting this "unexpected disconnection occurred" error, roughly every 3-4 minutes. I have no issues logging in, and the game loads back every time. I'm using the Cali US server, but have tried the Washington and Canada servers as well.

The game is entirely unplayable for me in this condition - and so I'll be uninstalling. I was already dealing with the 24H2 crash issue but ignoring that because GGG says they're working on it.

This issue is happening on multiple characters/servers. Good thing I've wasted 230+ hours in the past month on this game, for it to now be rendered completely unplayable. Perhaps GGG and/or Tencent should've invested some of the $100M+ from the EA cash grab into literally any portion of the systems that make the game playable.

At least CIV VII will be out in a month, and I'll have a much better, more polished game worthy of my time to play. The sheer amount of major issues and lack of response to them is very concerning. I'll never play another GGG game.

I had this issue with my Gemling Legionaire early on with MANY other people.
Game shit itself when you put the ascendancy point in the extra skills slot (whole point).
It worked when I created a new character, which led me to my monk which I am IN LOVE with.

I'm now also getting this for all my characters, with even newly created characters it's happening to as well.

Hey mate, are you using STEAM?
I was and it wasn't letting me in, but just got in fine with the GGG/POE2 launcher.

I have no issues logging in - just with unexpected disconnections
