Crashed doing my first breach

I just hit T3 in my atlas quest.
I had been waiting for this moment, slowly doing unjuiced T1-2 maps just preparing my tower paths.
Now i hit T3 and this was when i would start juicing.
I tableted 3towers(2xIrradiated+1xExpedition)
Inserted a T3 rare waystone into a waystone with breach+irradiated.
CRASH durring map fighting a rare while triggering a breach..
This lost me my map and character loot inventory.

Map had Breach and corruption or irradiated on it. Probably breach+irradiated.
I used a Rare waystone T3 fully juiced with 3 tablet towers in the area(2x irradiate+1xExpedition so i think only the one irradiated tower worked on this map).

While clearing map, saw a rare on map but when i got there it wasnt there.
But there was a clickable container where the rare was on map.
Clicked container and that spawned the rare mob.
It was hard to kill so I had to kite it with my deadeye for a bit. (the big rare guy with a shield).
While kiting I triggered a breach.
While kiting the rare and trying to do the breach the game froze 10-20sec after triggering breach.
I waited +-10sec hoping it would unfreeze then went to char select screen.
Logged back in and my portals to map were gone.
My inventory was 100% sure full when i died, i have empty inventory instead.
My map on atlas lost all its stuff, no more breach+irradiation.

I have a gaming pc, not top tier but good. Unless I did something very bad to my ingame graphics settings i doubt my PC should be the issue.
I played PoE2 without restarting/closing PoE2 for +-5 hours before this happened.

Iv not had previous crashes. Unlucky it happened just when i decided to start juicing. First time i did a breach, first time T3, first time rare waystone, first time tableting a tower(3towers at once first time).

Gonna get back to playing, hope it doesnt crash again. If it does ill post.
Sorry for length of post, guessing more info is better?
