Trade site=> character not recognized

Hi guys, I bought the game(poe 2) on my Xbox, and playing,I'm a lvl 11 monk. Recently was trying to access the trade site, and when I try to whisper the player I want to buy an item from, it gives me the red error box as if I'm not online, but trust me guys I am online. Also when I go the main website to check my account, I can't see my poe 2 character. The Xbox account it is linked, but still not working for me. Any ideas? Help ?

Same problem for me. I am in the endgame struggling to clear low level maps getting one shot by elites. I need to trade for a specific ring to make the build work, but am unable to do so because my character does not show up in my account for this website.

Same issue here, and can't get any answers from GGG.

Why none of them are coming up with an answer, I also wrote a ticket to support. Seems like no one is reading them, and also this post, was hoping someone from support team will see it too.
