If you have acquired your Path of Exile 2 early access key through a third-party, I'm terribly sorry, however we are unable to assist. Players who have been affected by this must reach out to whomever the player received the key from to check with them regarding the status of their key.
These players can rest assured that their characters, items, and progress will remain as they are until their account is once again eligible to participate in Early Access. I apologise for any inconvenience. | |

i guess the seller just made those keys up tho, GGG had nothing to do with this, didnt sold those keys to seller.

It's not GGG putting keys there for you to buy.
Scammers are using hacked/stolen credit cards to buy packs and then flip the keys on 3rd party sites like Kinguin before the fraud is detected and the keys revoked. You can try going through their support. IIRC they do offer some form of protection against this sort of fraud; but if all they give you is another key you risk the same thing happening again and again until some other game displaces POE2 at the top of the hype cycle and crooks target its players instead. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
