Valley of the Titans Medallion

Hello Guys,

Me and one of my friends just got to the Valley of Titans where you have to insert 2 Fragments into a Medallion. We got those Fragments and i was able to insert both of them. My friend on the other hand isnt able to insert the second one because the area in which you have to insert the fragment disappears as soon as he leaves it with his cursor and doesnt reappear when he gets back on it with the fragment in his hand. Does anyone know how to get arround this?

Bumping because I have a problem that is related to this questline.

I accidentally dropped my medallion pieces on Cruel in Act 2 and cannot find them again/cannot finish the questline on Cruel to receive whatever bonus there is on my main character.

I assume the questline bugs out and the drops for the green rarity medallion pieces are no longer in the loot pool after the game registers you passed a certain point in the quest line.

Anyone have any similar experience on this issue?

Try toggling the "Always Highlight" option. Default keybinding for this would be Z.
