Known Issue Update: 24h2 Windows - Crashing to Desktop / PC Lock

Is there an update on the Known Issue 24h2 bug with Path of Exile 2?

Having to run the game in Single Threaded Mode with low video cache and other work arounds is killing overall performance. While it has stopped the majority of hard freezes, the game will still crash every so often which loses loot and map progression.

I realize your team has been on holiday, but any update on the issue would be greatly appreciated becauseI have an i9-13900K with a RTX 4090 which gives me like 17 FPS in single threaded mode in cities & during some boss encounters based on effect/mob density.

Experiencing same problem - although this one is easy to deal with compared to the other issue that started today.

Now, every 3-4 minutes or so, I get unexpected server disconnection. It's been this way for 8+ hours now.

Well thats 2 issues, the game crashing to desktop and the game hard locking the pc are two different issues but everybody is clumping them together and getting irate thinking its an easy fix

I am currently dealing with the game crashing to desktop. It’s never hard locked my pc but it is continually crashing to desktop now to the point where it’s unplayable. I’ve tried literally every “solution” people have claimed to have found and nothing works. I was able to put over 100 hours easily with 0 problems before they updated and now it’s just fucked.
