Only One Character (Stormweaver*) Crashes on Any Input -- POE 2

I have 3 characters that I play regularly. Up until recently I've been having no issues with crashing really, but as of yesterday, whenever I load up my stormweaver, the game basically instantly crashes on any input. My ranger and warrior characters seem to be fine, which leads me to beleive it has something to do with that specific character that is causing the crash.

Same just started today, can log into any other char just fine

No crashes 2024. I can't play the game on Jan 1st now. I cleared caches, switched to Vulkan, drivers are up to date. Bios will be done tomorrow.
I was able to complete a quick map but back at the hideout I get disconnected. Stormweaver is my main. Other characters work longer. Stormweaver does not last long. Seconds before crashing in camp. |

disappointing. it must be something related to stormweaver that is causing the crash. i wonder if its hotbar related or something else.
