Trade Site Not Working On PS5

No matter what I do, I can't get the trade site to work on my PS5.

Tried to direct whisper for the trade, but i keep getting "invalid query; your account must be in-game to use this feature." Even though I'm accessing the site from my PlayStation console.

Finally was able to link my PSN to my Path of Exile website account, tried again and still got the same error.

I'm level 26 now so I should be able to trade?

Any advice on what to do? Trying to get better gear and this has started becoming extremely frustrating trying to get the trade site to work.

I'm having the same issue but I'm lv 74 so if I'm not able to get the gear I need then I'm calling it quits with this game. Can't really progress any further since the odds are astronomically small.
