Trade Site Not Working On PS5

No matter what I do, I can't get the trade site to work on my PS5.

Tried to direct whisper for the trade, but i keep getting "invalid query; your account must be in-game to use this feature." Even though I'm accessing the site from my PlayStation console.

Finally was able to link my PSN to my Path of Exile website account, tried again and still got the same error.

I'm level 26 now so I should be able to trade?

Any advice on what to do? Trying to get better gear and this has started becoming extremely frustrating trying to get the trade site to work.

When the login page pops up, click on the PS5 icon instead of entering the login info. This is will link the game to your account.

The game has been out for a month and many exiles including myself still cannot trade or whisper. I have posted on this forum and contacted customer support. I received 1 email from customer support saying they MIGHT have a fix and have heard nothing since.I have seen posts on reddit, this forum and you tube videos about this same problem but nothing from GGG. GGG can you at least acknowledge the issue so we know help is on the way. The game is outstanding and we are missing a huge piece of the experience.
