I get almost no currency loot, not even Wisdom Scroll !!!

something wrong with my Account i get almost no currencies loot drop ... I am alreday lvl 70 Mage and i got maybe 5 x Wisdom Scrolls and 1-3 Exalted, some 1-5 low currenices... I am doing now Maps lvl 2+ and i need these all low lvl currecies ! it doesnot dropt!!! I have already wrote an emal to support@grindinggear.com on 30.12.2024 still no Answer!!! 4 days and stil NO ANSWER ! :( How should i play the game without currencies??? ok, now it works, i started to get currencies , wisdom scrolls, low orbs... exalted...
