Game crash

Hello,
I have about 20 hours of gameplay in this game, and it has frozen during boss fights more than 15 times, forcing me to reset my system.
I also saw in the comments that most people are experiencing this issue.
If you can't fix this problem, I would appreciate it if you could refund my money for the game.
Under these circumstances, I can't play the game.
