Throne of the ruler map device gone

Just bought the beacon of salvation support pack and I gifted the hideout to the guild. For some reason there is no hideout item pop up in the guild edit page so I can't put the throne of the ruler map device back when it has disappeared completely. tried logging out and exiting the game but has not fixed.

also seem to be missing other things like pets and other things for options.

Never mind just realised had to import the support packs through as well.
