Portal Cosmetic not working

Bought the crimson paladin portal cosmetic on sale - confirm button was pressed and it showed up on my cosmetics, but the portal does not show up in game when it is selected.

My currency in the shop also never updated so I thought maybe the purchase didn't go through - so I bought it again. Still not working and now I wasted another 160 store currency for 2 not working portals...

ох, у меня такая же проблема , уже куда только не писал , портал не работает, задвоилась покупка , тоже самое с вратами , и не работают эффект убийства особых врагов, деньги списаны, в итоге товара нет , ответа нет , выходит донатить не выгодно ....
