Am not sure what u talksy about but i can agree on Santa thingy. Wished we got a Poe 2 New Year or Christmas presie. I kept checking my microtransaction boxy daily these days, hoping for a presie, but it was clean and empty :(
I also wish they would hire a second person to take care of the trade site. I dont mind to login every 10 minutes or when i open a second trade page, and not even when the site is laggy or down for hours, but that one person taking care of the site must be feeling lonely and no one should feel like that especialy with holidays :( |

It's funny to see people freak out so bad about this shit.
The EA is a separate server, it will be it's own wee thing once EA is done to allow you to log on to old characters and play some, but no new characters will be made on that server once EA ends, nothing carries forward to what will be standard when the game launches, i doubt they would waste server space to allow listing anything for trade. So all the dupes = nothing All the instance crashes = nothing Any botting = nothing All the hacks = nothing All of this will be examined, accounts will be perma banned (because crashing instances is explicitly against the ToS), cheats and bots will be examined to further their detection methods and people will get banned, dupes if/when it gets to the live server tend to get deleted and people banned. And the hacks, blown out of proportion and on the players end, too much tinfoil involved to get any sense out of how it's happening and it's can't be a GGG thing because there are at best a few hundred people that have been hacked and 1 million that have not. Then to top it all off you are being ignorant about support. Since they showed the EA stream and released the supporter packs they have been having to mop up the mess that players make trying to link accounts, purchasing things they don't want, getting access back to older accounts that issues like loosing access to their email address. Then the actual launch where players were at the highest count which again increased supports work load (players make it worse for themselves by being impatient and trying to get their mail seen by sending more) Then you have people managing to get hacked (likely the tried and tested list of details that gets resold every game launch for hackers to try their luck) And then you also have people buying keys from dodgy resellers that end up charging back or refunding the keys making them void (not a GGG issue but they are having to deal with it) THEN you have the holidays. My dude, they've already put out multiple large patches addressing issues, and then took some holiday time off. It's an early access beta ffs learn to have some patience. We'll hear from them soon.

EA is just a get out of jail free card devs try to use now in online games that always change.
The game is just as finished as polished as any game. The serves we play on are standard. When season comes and end the season characters will get put into standard which we are now playing. They are not going to delete anything. I have no idea what is going on with GGG. This feels like a whole different company in a bad way. |

" no its really not. there are 12 out of the 36 ascendancies in the game. 3 out of the 6 acts. i think less than 1/4 of the item bases are currently in the game. this is not a finished game, this is probably about 1/3 of the game at best and that 1/3 is still in a state of massive balance and development. we are not playing on standard. on release standard will be a new server, all our characters from early access will be put into their own seperate legacy EA space that will not interact with the full games standard league in any way. this is a beta testing environment where we are road testing a fraction of the game. I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)
