24 days of my hacker being free!

I reported my hacker 24 days ago I have the account name he was trading to and the account name they were selling my gear on yet Iv been the one unable to play for 20 days now, why am I being the one locked out of the game I played for.. idk just because, now the holidays are over I will be refunding the game on the 3rd and ending my time with POE for a while at least.

Please GGG do something im bored of poe1 and other games let me play what I payed for. I made more then I lost in 2 days before you locked me out meaning you guys have done more damage then the hacker did to me.



PPS: Never report account hacked or anything to ggg support or you will be the one locked like me.

The way GGG handles this (or: does NOT) and is simply quite about this obvious hackingspree is simply irritating to me.

I'm going to repeat a part from the mail in another thread:

I am truly sorry about this, as we know how frustrating it can be to lose all your hard work due to a compromised account. We have been actively investigating all reports of compromised accounts, and we're tracking down these hackers as quickly as possible and banning their accounts."

- Seems there's more than one hacker, or one using multiple accounts?
- I don't know what GGG defines as "as quickly as possible", but apparently they will ban them (sometime in the future)

bump for another day of being locked and the hacker being free!

again bump this is getting outrageous, I paid for this damn game stop punishing us for reporting hackers.

another bumb forgot about the many days that have passed, 26 days since my account got locked still no response, last email I got was the 25 and the last response i sent was the 25th.... 3 weeks later and still silence, I paid for this and the hacker got treated better then me wild...
