Upgrade pack

Im trying to by the king of faridun pack but every time I click the upgrade option it says i need steam overlay enabled. my steam overlay is enabled and i turned it off and on again just to try. i tried to buy the pack on steam but its 100$ instead of just upgrading for 70$. and when i tried to click packs on the website nothing happens.
