Computer Freeze Completely when Loading Areas

I just upgraded my computer to play PoE, because I thought my old specs are not strong enough for this game. My processor was struggling a lot. After the upgrade, I still have the same problem. When I go in somewhere new and gears appears on screen as loading, my computer freezes shut. Only thing to solve is actually resetting PC.

My old specs:

I7-7700K
32GB 3200Mhz Ram
Asus Strix z270e
Nvidia GTX 1080

My new specs:

Ryzen 9800x3D
48GB 8000Mhz Ram
Asus ROG X870A
Nvidia GTX 1080

Is this a known issue or what. I haven't seen anything like this in any other game. My old specs was perfectly running D4 without any stutter or freezes. Maybe It's because I use 3 monitors? Any help is appreciated.
