Cant open maps through hideout

I just completed the entire quest line on my 2nd character and when i try to open a map its says i cant do to the quest not being completed
So i went through my quest log and it said that i need to talk to the hooded one to travel to the next area even though i already did that. other than that i have no other actives quest. Is there any work around this or do i have to wait for the devs to fix it???

Go to temple of ziggurat (past) , use and open only 1 map in there finish it and return back to your hideout you can use your maps again. It is something rely on current bug.
