poe2 xbox, some bugs

1. Teamed up with PC players, forced to crash due to frequent network problems.
2. In hideout, Alva have no function to purchase equipment
3. In the friend chat window, after selecting a friend, the window focus should be activated on the chat box instead of the user name. Xbox version chat UE needs to be optimized, it is too inconvenient.
4. Chinese version has no diversion area selection, If you want to choose a region, you can only enter the English version and select the diversion region. Please add region selection for xbox Chinese version.
5. Xbox English version diversion area selection has no hongkong node, but pc version has hongkong node.
