Account linking issue Still not fixed weeks later

Am I the only one who 7-10 days is far beyond the amount of time for customer services to fix Account linking issues. It's been almost 30 days since my first email. Although I can play both games on my Xbox (where I DL POE1 and currently play POE2), when I login to my account on PC, I only get POE1 info. My clan info does not show and POE2 shows not access. I got an email saying send your characters names for both games and I did that weeks ago. no response. And still the got time to upgrade and make changes nobody really asked for in the blink of an eye due to youtubers its asinine to me!!!!

I have same problem. I buy early access through xbox. After I linked MS account to PC, still displayed no access right. Any body can help on the case?

Same boat here. They are probably a bit overloaded with support enquiries and the holidays are just passed. We'll just have to be patient

Same here they have mine linked 2 different accounts username#8012
Username#8014. But haven't responded to any emails. I thinking maybe cause 2 different games. But no access to early access. One pc and xbox poe 1 works fine other xbox poe 2.
