GGG Locked me out of my account 2 weeks ago with no resolution or communication since

My main account has been inaccessible since Dec 23rd. On that date the main account had some fraudulent purchases and I asked GGG to overturn these. These were overturned immediately and correctly. GGG then proceeded to lock my account so I had a chance to update my email address password, fair enough I did that and emailed them back as requested to have my account unlocked and it has been weeks now with no response at all.

I understand it is the holiday and everything but GGG locked my account and locked me out of playing and then wont respond to let me know why they wont unlock my account again. I have sent multiple emails with photo ID proving the account is mine, I just want to be able to play the game again.

As my main account is locked out, I am not posting from the account in question. My original email requesting the charges be overturned was sent on Dec 23, 2024, 8:35 AM with the subject line "Four bad Purchases" and if a GGG employee can reach out to me in DM I am happy to provide the info needed to locate email requests to get this worked out.

Two weeks... after he locked my account without me asking him to do so, and no one can go take a look at this for me... I understand you guys are busy but he asked me to email him back and I have many times. Getting put to the back of a giant multiple week queue because he locked my account and cost me 2 weeks+ of playtime is crazy.

I understand the reason why you lock the account but why do I need to wait for the entire email queue again when my request was already being worked on? Ian locking my account wasn't a choice I made or asked for, I didn't do anything wrong here. Ian just locked my account and put me in a multiple weeks long queue to have it unlocked. How can he now just unlock it like he said he would when I emailed back?
