Campaign Issues. I have completed the acts 1-6 maps not allowing me to enter

I went to do a map and it said i was not allowed acess until i finish the campaign so i went to look at quest and it has me on the act 1 travel east quest. I can not talk to the hooded one anymore as I have already completed the entire game and he is sin so he only gives me 2 options. I tried killing the wolf again didn't work also tried tp to Vastari and talking to the npcs no luck still has me stuck on the travel east quest

delete just had to enter a map in the correct zone first
