(but who cares):

1. No idea what str/dex/int is for support gems. Great game design.
2. Skill systems is absurd. No idea why I have to farm something to unlock a skill if I already completed the game.
Also how on earth did I get two identical skills with different levels at the same time? Very intuitive system, yes.
3. Support skill systems is even more absurd. That's a straight no. No idea why I have to farm some stones to unlock new supports I missed at level 13. Just open all skills and supports with player level.
4. World navigation is over complicated. Had no idea where I am most of the time.
5. Loot system is broken. Lost low level scepter and couldn't buy/find it from vendors/drop. And then had no idea why all other scepters don't match my str requirements. I didn't do anything but I am already punished, great, thanks.
At high levels it's even worst. It's like you have a boat load of yellow at low levels, then suddenly zero at high level having x5 more Magic Find.
6. Network code is ass. Laggiest game I have ever seen.
7. Monsters are just broken. Instant aggro, sneak attacks from off screen. Most battles you just stand still and trade face till you or monsters die. In some cases monsters are so broken that they just won't let you run away (remember - they travel in packs).
8. Opened map progression must remain open at any cost until player closes the game. I have things to do and don't want to start the map progress again when I am back.
9. Weapon Set Points idea is so great that I still have no idea what this is. Very intuitive system. (I figured it out eventually, but this is great example of No game design).
10. Check points should be replaced with Waypoints. Too much grinding in one set sometimes.
11. What am I supposed to do with icons below monster names lol?
12. The cheap game design of forcing players to run same quests again and call it a new difficulty... Really? Diablo sends his regards?
If you force player to run the same maps again, change day/night or weather.
13. Fix curses. They land to whatever but not where I point it.
14. Hell no I am playing endgame in its current state. I see no point playing hardcore style, plus no lvl progression.
If you want to keep it, at least flood players with Waystones and bound map levels (in the Map Device) to player's level.
15. Trade site is meh. 99.99% of offers are price checkers. Just add trade history and reputation. This will allow to insta mute all bots.
16. New idea for micro-transaction. Sell load screens. I am tired of gore A3 pic.
17. Crafting is lmao. How many hours do you need to invest into the game to start crafting? 1k?
18. Just flood the player with gold, or make Passive skills resets x10 cheaper.

Overall pretty good game, but extremely broken in some aspects, plus nothing to do once story-line is done. Could be much better.

i'm a new player too but most of those poins seems like lacking of comprehension than an issue of the game.
The only point I could agree is passive refound being costly.
Entire point of this feedback - comprehension is not what is needed when the design or implementation is (subjectively) poor.
I agree with some of these, especially how the skills, support gems attribute requirements and weapon spec points works in the game, they are very intuitive for new players
