CS was so good in PoE 1 and the worst I ever seen in PoE 2.

PoE 1 insta response within 15 minutes.

PoE 2 I email about unlinking my sub accounts. I am well aware how over swamped they are so I make sure to give my sub account into, character names, email, everything. Waited 10 days for a response.

CS asks for my sub account info. 10 days I waited. I had all the info in the email. I could tell this is your normal india amazon support specialist.

No point in even emailing.
