Accuracy rating from the precision skill doesn't contribute to the falcon dive passive.

Falcon dive raises your attack rate per 250 accuracy rating. This works wether the accuracy rating is coming from gear or other passives, but seems to not work when it's from the precision support gem.

Socketing precision onto an active spirit gem causes my accuracy rating to jump up, but my attacks per second stays the same.

For me it's worked on Quarterstaff Strike, but not on Tempest flurry.
