Titan boss 'Zalmarath' is a joke

After 3 weeks and 4 characters i reached act 2, only to be randomly 1 shot by this titan boss 'Zalmarath'....
I stacked my char with HP and armor, as i have prepared for the previous bosses - still 1 shot.
I play only hardcore and this is a joke. Will stop playing and losing my time until some balance is achieved...

I assume its solo selffound hardcore what you complaint about. Implementation is a bit ruthless like at moment. I wouldnt say its a cakewalk with each class and skill to maps..
Often its just limited by weaker drops..some skills on that range are also not perfectly busted (or even a good choice alone).

A friend tried totems as a sole source of damage and risked glass cannon tree.. it was tedious. . with tinkering it was doable but needed some + skills farmed and fixing of def and res.
A few lvl later it carried reliably with more totems and second ascension .. but in a2 i was bored even looking on screen.

I personally think crafting lacks to fix gaps or you have to play with bigger chunks of risks ( def vs dps - itemgaps) or play trade/or a bit more meta on this lvl. Im not speaking about fancy stuff..

There is a tactic I invented to avoid his 1 shot.


his one shot on normal does 2050 dmg, 9000 on cruel, physical.
