why i lost my early access key after play for 20 days

Recently i log in my acc , i got massage:"your account does not have access to path of exile early access, redeem early access key on our website or purchase access now". Then i go redeem my old key but its still say my key invalid. I wish this was a little mastake because all my item in my acc for 20 DAYS just gone with my key and access. what a horible way to start a new day.
