Optimize close-combat.

The current long-range combat is too all-purpose for both the player and enemy, so the following improvements should be made.

- Make close-range attacks stronger than long-range attacks when close contact is made.
- Differentiate long-range attacks by weakening them in close-combat.
- Do not casually stop close-range attack motions with the long-range attacks of mass-produced weak enemies.

I hope that this will improve game balance and make the individuality of each class more appealing.
