Passive Skill Point Missing After Removing 'Overwhelm'

I was removing points from my passive skill tree while checking the details of my gems (key "G"). When I removed the point from the "Overwhelm" passive, the point simply disappeared. I relogged my character to check, but I didn’t recover the point, and the passive skill remained deactivated.
I’d appreciate it if this issue could be investigated, as it directly affects my character’s progress. I would also like to know if it’s possible to recover the missing point.
