Demon Form Low Max HP, Life Per Second BUG

Hi I have a fairly Min Maxed Build. As You Can See In The Video I Have 55 Max HP with 195 life Per Sec. From The Video You Can See I Start Losing HP Before 200 Stacks Which Would Be 100% Of My Max HP At 200 Stack. With The Amount Of LPS I Should Be getting 600+ Stacks But Thats Not Happening And I Have No Reason Why. I Understand This Is Early Access So Im Assuming Its A Bug. If Any Others Are Having This Problem I Would Love To Know.

Demon form now has a minimum of 1 life lost per second, per stack.

Your HP doesn't appear full below 195 stacks as a part of how the game works; it's the same in PoE1. It's treated as being on full life still, but you appear below full life by the amount of life lost during each server tick. I'm assuming 30 ticks per second based on your vidieo.

At 196 stacks, your life loss exceeds your regeneration, so your life begins decreasing at an accelerating pace.
