Two broken towers in atlas (can't use one, can't start another)

In my atlas I have two broken towers near one another.

1) One tower is completed, but I can't put any tablet into it - it says "Activation failed. Invalid map specified"
2) Another tower was not attempted and it is not clickable (so I can't put waypoint into the menu)

Might be relevant: there is the burning monolith nearby.

I also have this issue but one says I can put a tablet in but won't accept it the other is completed but won't let me put a tablet in at all.

I am just here to confirm that I also had the same issue today after patch 0.1.1
