Couldn't exit arena after killing Steaming Springs boss

As the title said, I couldn't exit the arena after killing the boss in a Steaming Springs map. I couldn't reach the clickable section of the entrance. Ended up logging out to character selction and back in again to use my existing portal outside the arena to get back in to complete the map.

I'm playing on xbox series x.
