My brother's 1000 pts and my 200 points, we're at almost 2 weeks no response GGG

I've emailed GGG 3 times since Dec 21 on my 200 points and i bought the $100 Early Access for my brother over a week ago and he also hasn't gotten his 1000 points either after both of us have emailed support.

Calling this out loud and clear and want a response from GGG before I have to initiate a dispute via my bank.

They're also not responding on Account linking issues and I cannot trade with anyone since launch.
