AS A NEW POE PLAYER ALL I SEE IS ZERO CARE ABOUT THE CLIENT FROM GGG

Its been days since I got a reply on the support email support@grindinggear.com regarding my account moon#7200 and literally got 1 reply asking me for info which I already provided in the first email. However, I replied and sent the info. and since then, I didn't get any reply.

I don't know why is it so hard to just unlock an account, I included the purchase order ID and everything else.

I paid money to enjoy your game, and I am a new POE player like i have never played POE before but I enjoyed it so much, thats why I paid money on it.

I know you guys are busy but If i got a reply from one of the staff, he should handle the case till its closed.
I literally wanted to spend my vacation playing and I couldn't because of your lack of reply.


As a new POE player, I am really disappointed.
