Account access revoked without notice, support not responding

I emailed support about them revoking my account access for POE2 without notice and have not heard back. Can someone from support please reply and help resolve this? 4 days is plenty of time to respond to a customer.

I've been waiting two weeks for a response. Bought the 50 point pack but it never got delivered to my account. Reached support 3 times about it, they haven't even sent me an acknowledgement email.
It looks like your 50 point pack was successfully added to your account. Please make sure you're selecting the sub-account that you made the purchase using in order to see your points. You can choose the sub-account you're playing with while at character select.

If this doesn't help then I'm afraid you'll need to wait for a response from our team via email.
