spark bugg poe2

some bug is happening when using spark, it reduces the projectile by prob 80-90% its really frustrating using spark when my damage is reduced that much, i dont know when its happening either, suddenly im shooting all my spark projectile just fine, and suddenly im loosing almost all my spark projectile for 3 seconds and then im back at full and then im loosing for 3 sec again, very frustrating.
