exp loss of death/ minion pathing

I don't mind having a penalty when dying because i like the having skill plus correct gear aspect but as hard as it is to get higher tier waystones, I think when you die you should only loose exp gained in the instance that you are in because I'm loosing 10-20% exp per death and only gaining maybe 5% exp per run because i don't have any higher waystones. and a lot magic and rare enemies have one shot mechanics. Im currently setting at almost 1600hp 2300/4600 shield with grim feast, 43% armour, 41% block chance, 69% fire 54% cold 55% lighting 0% chaos resistance and i get melted by certain enemies on a tier 3 waystone at level 78

It would also be nice to see the minion pathing improved because of all the doorways they get stuck on, makes half of endgame maps more difficult the intended i believe
