+skill mod is bad

Probably going to be an unpopular opinion but these +skill stats on weapons are ridiculous..

If your weapon doesn't have +skills on it then its shit. Doesn't matter about the other mods. Its shit...

Youve crafted a nice weapon with great mods. No +skills?? too bad, its shit..
