Character crashes everytime I try to load, HELP PLEASE!

My character, Auttiehume, is in act 3 jungle ruins and randomly crashed. Now anytime I try to load, it automatically crashed to my Xbox Home Screen. Please help!!

It's also happening with my char in the same location, act 3 (cruel) jungle on Xbox Series S.

Happened to me on my xbox series x too. im also act 3 and in the jungle. Is there a solution to this problem?
