[BUG]Didn't get passive skill points at the end of Campaign and stucked at lvl 93

Hello when I finished the Campaign yesterday and just arrived on the new island zone the game said i would get 2 skill passive points but then opening skill passive tree I see no points available.
Also the bigghest problem is that i am stucked at lvl 93.I can't remember exactly when it started since I played last time on Ancestor League and now I am playing in standard.
I would like to have a normal characther so I can continue my gaming experience normally,thanks.

Dying in acts 6-10, you will lose 5% of the required experience for the next level when you die. In endgame content (maps), you will lose 10%. These losses will drop you to, but not below, 0% progress towards the next level (ie, you can't delevel).

If you couldn't receive the passive points at the Karui Shores from Lani, then you probably got them when you played in Ancestor League.

You can type "/passives" in chat without quotes to see how many passive points you have. After completing the campaign, it will also show you any quests you can receive passives from and haven't.
