Rare mob not possible to Target

Same issue here, was a rare mob and kept following me around attacking me, but could not attack it. Wouldn't show up with cursor over it, tried attacking in place as well as using tempest bell and the aoe from it to attack but did not work

I've encountered the same issue, twice now.
Specificly in "sun temple" some dwarf with 2 bows who just keeps spamming arrows and what ever it can do.

I encountered similar issue in trial of chaos specifically and was able to reproduce it by skipping the elevators via leap slam. So instead of going down the elevator i would just jump down and sometimes monsters became completely untargetable and immortal.

Not only untargetable, it's not able to be damaged.
