Game crash lost loot from map

Hello, I was doing the breach mechanics on the map and at some point the game stopped and only sounds could be heard. After restarting the game, I was reborn in hideout without the loot obtained on the map, including 3 x tier 15 maps and the Greater Jeweler Orb, of course losing EXP.

Same problem here and worse. I have lost over 20 maps including citadels because I get dc'd right after I open portals. Come back, all portals gone. A few time game froze mid map, log out, came back, all portals gone, all loots picked up in those map also gone. I have never ever bug report or find a bug in a video game that make me want to bug report. Holy fuck this is frustrating. I have lost hours of progression because of this bug. Please fix this
