waystone can't drop

Hi, I am still early into the endgame, and I've completed around 30-40 maps already, and I still hasn't drop a SINGLE waystone of any tier, even though I use my currency to augment waystone drop by 200% in average.

I have seen many gameplays of players starting the atlas and getting at least 1 or 2 waystones per map, and they drop like 4 or 5 times more loot than me.

On the last one I've done, tier 3 map fully enhanced, delirium buffs, with breach, I only drop 6 yellow items, and a few currencies...
And i'm not sure spending 450k gold to complete my 10 tier 3 maps is the normal way.
