hart83 Anyone had success with POE2 Support requests?

Hi All,
I have tried to contact POE2 support since the first day of EA to try and get my steam account and xbox account merged to take advantage of the MTX I had purchased on steam and also cross-progression (a lot of the time I prefer playing on the couch).

I had tried support multiple times during the first days of access via the support email address on the POE website, but I would always received a bounce back email after a few days of retrying. I had tried to use the inbuilt messaging service from both my account linked with the steam account and the account linked to the xbox and still received no replies or assistance.

I then tried purchasing more EA access keys to make sure both accounts had access to POE2 which didn't help and also tried posting on the official website (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3639352/page/1#p25659171), and still no response.

I am not sure what else I can do. The linking through the website doesn't work and I have had different errors from EA to now.

The error more recently looks like this when trying to link Steam to the XBOX account or XBOX to the Steam account.

I assume this needs to be fixed in the back end, since I assume there is some flag set incorrectly on my account.


I ended up just forgetting about the MTX that should have transferred across my XBOX account and have just repurchased stash tabs etc, because I got frustrated with the no response from emails (I have had emails that stopped bouncing), support messages or the forum and just wanted to play.

Has anyone actually had a response from the support team for the same or similar things? I understand it is Christmas time and it would have been a busy EA, but I do feel like no response from any form of contact seems weird.

No one is back at office until the 6th so support will work through back log starting then.
