Titan's Backpack Node should just be a quest reward for everyone

I like the backpack but come on... this isn't deserving of an ascendancy power up... especially for a melee class.

Unless you want to argue that the node after it deserves a wasted point to get to. It is very strong but the backpack feels like something everyone should have to keep waystones and various items in for endgame.
